1. Spend some stamina, open Cheat Engine, find your browser in the list.

2. Scan how much stamina you have.

3. Spend some stamina again, scan again.

4. You should only have one address, double-click on it and click Frozen.

5. It's the same for the water hack, you just have to scan the amount of water.
